SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Since all of our stuff is made to order, we are unable to process changes to the order (color, size, quantity, etc) after purchase. Please verify your quote, order and/or shipping information upon placing the order as we cannot change anything after the order is placed.

 

Changes to order details (personal details and shipping address) must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has begun fabrication, no refunds or changes can be made to the order. If your order has a rush fee, it is non-refundable. 

 

Our Guarantee & Your Order

We guarantee your order will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 4-8 business days, and you will receive a tracking number upon shipment via our online store order with updates. If you have a rush order or delivery deadline, please email our team at info@easyjumpo.com with the order # and RUSH order subject line so we can confirm your delivery deadline. If we are not aware of your deadline or have unconfirmed your rush order, we will not be responsible for any delays or missed deadlines. All sales are final.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, the transit and delivery process is managed entirely by the external courier. We are not responsible for delays, missed delivery windows, or routing errors caused by the carrier.  Please rely on your tracking number for the most accurate updates. 

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Even expedited shipping options are subject to these network-wide delays. Please monitor your tracking information closely.

Shipping 
Shipping time varies on each carrier. Delivery is usually within 3-14 business days, depending on your location and pending no customs delays.

Due to recent tariff changes, United States shipping times may be slightly delayed after April 30, 2025.. Orders may be arriving in different packages. We will keep you updated on your specific order delivery updates. If you have a deadline, please email us to let us know as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!

Order may ship from overseas depending on availability and custom tax may apply to your local area.

The customs process is country dependent and is not able to be controlled by us or the shipping courier. Please review your local customs process and fees (if any) as they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping times outside of holidays:

Canada: 4-7 days

UK: 4-7 days

AU: 2-4 days

EU: 4-7 days

Mexico: 6-8 days
